How to fill blank cells from the above value

Some time while downloading the data from the software or from any other sources we find the blank cells between the value and if you need analyse the data we need to fill the cells with above value and it is time consuming process, for this excel have a short cut.

Step 1

Select the Column

Select the Go to Special Option from the Find and select

Step-3

Select the blanks option

Step -4

Enter the value from the above cell like the below image

Step -5

Last step is to just press Ctrl+Enter key and now we can see the value are filled in seconds
